The Role

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will assist customers through live chat by answering questions, solving basic issues, and guiding them through simple processes. You will be an important part of the customer experience, helping people quickly and clearly without the need for phone calls.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is comfortable writing, enjoys helping others, and wants to build experience in customer support. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear and accurate information about services and accounts
Assist with basic troubleshooting and support needs
Escalate more complex issues when required
Keep detailed records of conversations and resolutions
Follow up when needed to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Basic computer and typing skills
Strong written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
