Job Overview
We are looking for a Live Chat Support Agent to join our team. This is an entry-level job. You will help customers through live chat by answering questions and solving simple problems. Training will be provided, so no experience is needed.
Primary Duties
- Answer customer messages through live chat
- Help customers with basic questions and issues
- Provide clear and simple information
- Follow company guidelines when replying
- Keep records of chats and customer requests
- Work with team members when needed
Experience
- High school diploma or equal
- Basic computer skills (typing, Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- Good written communication skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work alone and stay organized
- Stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn
