Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level job. You will help customers solve technical issues and answer questions. Training will be provided.
Primary Duties
- Assist customers with technical problems via chat, email, or phone
- Provide clear and simple instructions to solve issues
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines when troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Collaborate with the team to improve support
Experience
- High school diploma or equal
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- Good communication skills
- Basic technical aptitude or interest
- Ability to stay organized and manage time
- Ability to work alone
- Stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn
