Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Support Chat Agent to join our team. This entry-level role can be done entirely from home. You will communicate with customers via chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Full training will be provided — no prior experience is needed.
Primary Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat
- Assist customers with product-related questions and issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when needed
- Follow company procedures and guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, chat systems)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently from home
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn
