The RoleWe are looking for someone who can handle client conversations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism. Client chat support is fast-paced, and it requires someone who can stay focused while managing multiple conversations at once.
What You Will Be Doing- Responding to client messages through chat in a timely and professional manner
- Handling multiple conversations while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Assisting with general inquiries, account questions, and basic troubleshooting
- Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Keeping clear and accurate records of all interactions
- Maintaining a calm and consistent tone, even during high-volume periods
- Strong written communication that feels natural and clear
- Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail
- Good judgment when responding to client concerns
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in customer support helps, but consistency and reliability matter more
