The Role

We are looking for a fully remote team member who can work from anywhere in Canada. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required because training will be provided. You will assist customers and internal teams with application-related questions, troubleshoot basic software issues, and ensure that requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Primary Duties

Respond to user questions and requests about applications
Provide basic troubleshooting and support for software issues
Escalate complex issues to the technical team when necessary
Document interactions and solutions in company systems
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
Learn company applications and processes to improve support
