The Role

We are looking for a fully remote team member who can work from anywhere in Canada. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required because training will be provided. You will assist with IT support tasks, help troubleshoot technical issues, and provide basic guidance to users to ensure systems run smoothly.

Primary Duties

Respond to IT support requests via chat, email, or tickets
Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues
Escalate complex problems to the senior IT team
Document issues and resolutions in company systems
Support team members with technology-related tasks
Learn company systems and IT processes to improve support
