Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for an entry level Customer Service Administrator (good communication and computer skills) for our client company in the transportation industry located on Annacis Island of Delta, BC. This is an evaluation hire leading to long term with the right working (customer service and hard-working) attitude! New immigrants with good communication skills are welcome!

Responsibilities:
* Appointment Booking
* Invoicing
* Computer data entry - especially in Excel
* Dealing with customers and drivers on phone

Requirements:
* Customer service experience via phone and email
* Data Entry experience
* MS Office fluency, especially MS Excel
* Fluent in English; Punjabi is a strong asset to deal with drivers and internal employees

Monday to Friday, start time 8am to 12pm, 8 to 10pm end time each day - between 1 to 3 hours of OT each day.

Pay is $17-17.30/ hr now to June 1st. ; paid 1.5 times for OT and even paid for lunch break if not needed
