There will be many jobs in demand in BC in the coming decade. Although skills shortages are difficult to predict, particularly when looking well into the future, it is possible to predict which occupations will be in particularly high demand.
 
The BC government has developed a list of forecasted occupational pressures, which will be updated annually. This list can be used as a starting point for career planning.
