The Role

We are looking for a fully remote team member who can work from anywhere in Canada. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required because training will be provided. You will handle incoming customer requests, answer questions, and provide support to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Primary Duties

Handle incoming customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone
Provide clear and helpful responses to questions
Assist with basic account or service issues
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
