What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and review complex tax files for corporations, partnerships, and trusts
Collaborate on tax advisory work, reorganizations, and strategic planning
Be a trusted advisor to clients — you’ll know their businesses, not just their numbers
Support and guide a solid, motivated team of junior and intermediate staff
Work directly with Partners who are open, entrepreneurial, and genuinely fun to work with
Contribute to the future of the firm — this is a clear path to partnership, not just a title

What You Bring:

CPA designation and completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program
5+ years of Canadian public practice tax experience
A sharp technical mind and a humble, grounded presence
Strong communication and people leadership skills
A natural desire to grow and mentor others — without ego
Bonus if you bring ideas around automation, efficiencies, or tech tools
