Job Description

12-month fixed term Senior Sourcing & Contracts Specialist role with a large, North Vancouver-based enterprise organization.

Senior-level strategic sourcing and contracts role with a focus on leading RFPs, negotiating complex agreements, and working closely with senior stakeholders.
Enterprise environment with broad exposure across multiple business units and agreement types.
Hybrid work model with an initial onsite onboarding period, then 4 days/week in office.

This team is hiring a Senior Sourcing and Contracts Specialist to support a 12-month maternity leave coverage. This is a strategic role focused on sourcing execution and contract negotiation. You’ll be leading sourcing events, running competitive bid processes, and negotiating complex contract terms that directly impact the business. You:

5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, contracting, and negotiations in a lead capacity.
Proven ability to run RFPs/RFQs end-to-end in complex, cross-functional environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders.
Deep understanding of contract structures and risk, including liability, IP, confidentiality, and regulatory considerations.

Compensation:

$100,000 – $120,000 base salary.
Extended health, dental, and vision.
$500 personal spending account.
3 weeks vacation.
