  • Coordination with A/R and A/P teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Who- the Candidate:
Our client is seeking a motivated, proactive, and organized individual with excellent communications skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable company that offers opportunities for professional development.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3–5 years of experience in full cycle accounting, specifically within construction, heavy civil, recycling, or marine environments.
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience with construction specific ERP or accounting software such as Sage 300, Sage Intact, MS Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial team members.
Where:
