Express is searching for permanent Receptionist/ Scheduler for our South Delta client company. They are in a seasonal business  with lay-offs in middle of November, returning in the first week in March. While you take time off, you will be paid 55% on EI. This is a small office of less than 10 people.

 

Responsibilities:

-reception 

-customer service to clients by phone, emails, etc.

-scheduling for several technicians

-data entry, administrative and minor accounting duties as needed

 

Requirements:

-enthusiastic team player

-exceptional communication skills and telephone manner

-strong computer skills are an asset

-reliable, mature work ethic

                                                            

Job description:  F/t seasonal position M-F 830am-430pm (can be a little flexible with hours) scheduling service calls, reception, data entry and misc. office duties.

 

Starting wage:  $16.00 per hour with a review in 3 months (no benefits).
