Job Description
Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for an entry level Customer Service Administrator for our client company in the transportation industry located on Annacis Island of Delta, BC. This is an evaluation hire leading to long term with the right working attitude. New and hardworking immigrants with good communication and computer skills, and PR or at minimum of 2 years of Open Work Permit are very welcome!
Responsibilities:
* Invoicing
* Computer data entry - especially in Excel
* Dealing with customers and drivers on phone
Requirements:
* Customer service experience via phone and email
* Data Entry experience
* MS Office fluency, especially MS Excel
* Good English fluency and comprehension; Punjabi or Hindi could be a strong asset
Monday to Friday, start between 8am to 2pm. End between 9-11pm. Required to work overtime between 1-3 hours/ day; overtime is paid at 1.5 rate after 8 hrs/ day.
Pay is $17.85/ hour, 4% vacation pay on every pay period. Stat when eligible.
