Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is recruiting for a Business Developer. Our client company is based in Burnaby, BC and is a Franchisor for supplies and maintenance. Our client company is a solid and well-established North American wide company and looking for a long term employee which can work well with their laid-back but hardworking group of sales team in an office of 9 persons. The manager is also a laid back but do expect minimum results to be met. We are looking for sales representatives who have met targets and are driven to succeed. Responsibilities & Requirements:

Business Development – prospecting with sensitivity at this time!

Inside Sales - cold calling and customer service

Able to complete tasks in a timely manner - ability to meet targets which is proven to work

Must have strong work ethic and willing to do what it takes attitude

Must have excellent English communication and fluency on MS Office package and/or other CRM software

Must have lived/ worked in BC for at least four years and be eligible to work in Canada

Minimum of high school, certification, or diploma

Must have a car.

Salary is $40,000-$45,000/ year depending on experience plus commissions. Expected total package is $50-60,000 1st year and 2nd and subsequent years - $60 to $80,000+/ year. Benefits after probationary period.
