The Role

We are hiring for a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere across Canada.

This is an entry-level role and a strong starting point for anyone looking to build experience in customer support. You do not need prior experience, but you do need to be reliable, willing to learn, and able to communicate clearly.

From our experience, the people who do well in this role are the ones who stay patient, pay attention to detail, and focus on helping the customer rather than rushing through responses.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Responding to customer messages through chat in a timely and professional way
  • Assisting with general inquiries, account questions, and basic troubleshooting
  • Managing multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Escalating more complex issues when needed
  • Keeping clear and organized records of interactions
  • Learning systems and improving performance over time
