What- the Role:
Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager who is dedicated, smart, polished, collaborative, and hardworking.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing complex financial reporting packages under IFRS, including consolidations and financial statements for a diverse client portfolio
Conducting technical accounting research and providing guidance on IFRS-related matters and reporting issues
Coaching, mentoring, and overseeing junior team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment
Partnering closely with CFOs on a daily basis to support strong financial systems, processes, and effective communication across all organizations

Who- the Candidate:
Our client is seeking a motivated, proactive, and savvy Financial Reporting expert who has ideally worked with public companies and/or mining companies.

CPA designated with 3+ years o experience post-designation
Public practice experience preferred
Expertise in IFRS
Advanced MS Excel skills

Where:
The company is headquartered in downtown Vancouver. This is a full-time, in office role with flexibility on start and end time.

How Much:
The salary for this role will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications and is expected to range from $115,000 to $125,000. Please note that the top end of the range is intended for candidates who possess all preferred qualifications.

In addition, the Financial Reporting Manager will be eligible for:

4 weeks paid vacation
