Our client is a highly successful and well-established technology company that is a global leader in their industry.  The company has a healthy P&L with a robust technology roadmap and ambitious yet realistic growth plans over the next several years.  

What- the Role:
Swim Recruiting is looking for a new Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of our client. The Sr FA will play a key role in supporting various business divisions by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, monitoring KPIs, and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions. Responsibilities include supporting month-end financial analysis, assisting with annual budget preparation, and managing monthly forecasting activities. Conducting routine and ad hoc analysis in a variety of areas- scenario analysis, competitive analysis, revenue analysis, expense analysis, cost/benefit analysis, SWOT analysis, etc. Preparing business cases and supporting strategic business decision support.
The Sr FA will work closely with senior leadership as a strategic finance partner, while also collaborating with the accounting team to support overall business operations and financial performance. This role will involve plenty of Excel-based financial modeling. Using a financial system ERP, as well as various BI systems such as Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and other Oracle tools. Who- the Candidate:
We are seeking a senior finance professional with at least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and FP&A. CPA or CFA designation preferred, but not necessarily required. Experience in a global technology company is highly preferred.
Most important are the technical FP&A skills in the areas mentioned above. Must be proficient in Excel, including financial modeling.

How Much:
Hourly rate commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications, likely in the range of $42 to $55 an hour.  For a permanent role, this position would pay around $90,000 to $110,000, plus bonus, benefits, PD support, paid time off, etc. Please discuss your total compensation expectations in further detail with SWIM.

Where:
HYBRID. Greater Vancouver, off a major highway. 2-3 days/week in office at first during training, and 1-2 days/week in office in the long-term.
