We're seeking an Executive Assistant Operations Manager to lead a team of Executive Assistants, ensuring seamless support for Senior Leadership, and driving business continuity. This is a 6-month contract.

Who – The Company:
Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international Vancouver based company and one of Vancouver’s finest! Our client is a people-centric organization and known for their collaborative team culture.

What- The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace Administration, the Executive Assistant Operations Manager leads a team of Executive Assistants and supports business continuity of Senior Leadership. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing Executive Assistant team hiring, growth and development. Oversees and supports compatibility of EA to Executive partnership and Executive portfolio pairing strategy that enables business success and transformation across each Executive function. This person is an experienced people leader, operator, relationship builder and strategist who can independently execute and prioritizes collaboration. With planning and communication, the Operations Manager is a key support partner and advisor to Senior Leadership, Executive Assistant development, supporting in success of Executive offices and overall enterprise goals.

Who – The Candidate:
  • 2-5 years leadership experience.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment and prioritization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
  • Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience working with a publicly traded company.
  • Knowledge of the Executive department an asset
How much:
$40-50/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay

Where:
Vancouver, hybrid model of minimum 3 days’ onsite
