Job Description

Receive and process orders from clients and vendors.
Match purchase orders with invoices to ensure accuracy.
Ensure proper authorization for all documents and transactions.
Code and post invoices accurately into the system.
Handle phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
Proactively reach out to customers.
Good time management skills.
Fast learner who can quickly understand and apply new concepts.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Able to think critically and understand processes, not just complete tasks.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and performs well under pressure.
Candidate must have a high level of computer literacy, who navigates software intuitively and works at a brisk, efficient pace.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
Learn about the lighting industry and its specific aspects.
Be able to answer technical questions via phone and email related to the lighting industry.
Learn our products and systems to work independently and answer customer inquiries.
Work well with a team.
