Open Windows Inc. is hiring Windows and Doors Assembly Supervisors!

Open Windows Inc. is a European-style and aluminum and vinyl door and window company located in Richmond BC. We are looking for two (2) permanent, full-time, experienced Windows and Doors Assembly Supervisors (NOC 92024) to join our team. Our mission is to be devoted to our customers, providing quality products and integrity in our service. We strive to provide the best customer service and are looking to add to our supervisory team.

The successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties:

1. Provide training to staff in assembly of European Style windows and doors (European style tilt and turn windows, Folding doors, Lift and Glide doors, Tilt and Glide doors, French doors);
2. Supervise assembly staff to complete the jobs on time;
3. Co-ordinate production layouts with installation department to meet work schedules;
4. Inspect the final products to meet all company requirements;
5. Provide solutions for manufacturing troubleshooting, increase effectiveness and ensure proper communication with the staff throughout all work stations to improve production flow;
6. Prepare requisition forms for materials and supplies and prepare production; and
7. Fine tuning of our CNC controlled production machines for the final product to meet our quality standards.

 The successful candidates must have:

-        Secondary school education or higher.

-        Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in window and door assembly or equivalent experience.

-        Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

-        Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.

Positions available: 2

We offer:

Full-time (40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage of $35.00 per hour

Overtime pay: 1.5 times

5 Sick days per year

Location of work: Predominately Lower Mainland but does include sites throughout BC.
