6 month contact Technical Program Manager contract role delivering Agentic AI capabilities for a global enterprise organization.

What & Why:
Due to investment in AI our client is looking to add a Technical Program Manager to their Enterprise Automation Team. In this role you’ll be responsible for owning end-to-end delivery of the Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout and agentic automation initiatives across the enterprise. The team focuses on enabling productivity and operational scale by standardizing platforms and accelerating adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions. The core work spans program execution, vendor management, and governance, orchestrating delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. The role also carries significant stakeholder responsibilities, serving as the primary program interface for senior leadership and managing budgets, forecasts, and value KPIs.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 4 days a week on site.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

10+ years in technical program management with a proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-vendor platform programs end-to-end.
Experience delivering Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or similar enterprise productivity platforms, with preferred hands-on experience in Copilot Studio and agentic automation.
Strong Jira-based delivery management skills, including backlog health, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and delivery metrics.
Demonstrated ownership of program budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with experience defining and tracking adoption and value KPIs.
Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to deliver concise, decision-ready updates to senior leadership across technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation:
This role pays between $105-115 per hour.
