Job Description


  • Generate Prospects & business from subprime lead channels
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing subprime lending practices, including fair lending practices and disclosure requirements
  • Educate clients about the terms and conditions of subprime loans, including associated risks and responsibilities, to help them make informed financial decisions.
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to all customers
  • Assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the loan application and repayment process.
  • Bilingual is assett but not required
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company, while maintaining a focus on responsible lending practices and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, loan applications, and other relevant information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Report to the Management Team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis


  • Previous experience in Subprime
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong Focus on customer service/ customer experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
