Full Cycle Bookkeeper & Administrator

Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for a Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) Full Cycle Bookkeeper & Administrator. Our client company/ potential employer has been in business for 20 years and supplies metal materials to BC and AB government municipalities. This ideal candidate is able to use Sage. This is a very small office with one other administrator and sales reporting in and out. This office is a fairly laid back environment as long as work is completed; this role is reporting to the Office Manager. And also eventually this role could grow into the Office Manager role.

Responsibilities:
* Administrative and full cycle bookkeeping duties
* Reconciliation duties for AP: packing list & invoice and AR: include EFTs and receiving cheques
* Submit payments to government - GST, PST, WCB, etc

Requirements:
* Minimum of one year or more of full cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience
* Mandarin and English speaker as require this person to deal with overseas vendors
* Ability to use Sage
* Strong use of Outlook and Excel

Monday to Friday, 8:30/9am to 5/5:30pm. Half hour of lunch.

Salary is $55K to $65K depending on experience. Extended benefits after probationary period.
