Sales Consultant/ Product Advisor

Abbotsford Nissan is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant / Product Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our top-of-the-line Nissan vehicles.

Responsibilites:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to all customers
• Assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product features & benefits
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers & follow up with customers
• Perform high-quality product presentations on new & pre-owned vehicles
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product advising is an asset
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong Focus on customer service/ customer experience
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
