About the Opportunity

My client, a growing Value Creation practice within a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Manager to support operational and financial performance improvement initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients.

This is a hands-on role working directly with leadership teams to drive measurable business outcomes - not just recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support value creation initiatives across client engagements
Analyze and improve operational and financial performance
Build and refine financial and operational models
Participate in M&A-related projects, including performance improvement planning
Work directly on-site with clients to implement solutions
Support operational due diligence processes where applicable
Translate complex data into actionable business strategies

What They’re Looking For

6–10+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, or industry roles with a strong operational focus
Experience in performance improvement, restructuring, or transformation initiatives
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Exposure to M&A environments is highly desirable
Operational due diligence experience is a strong asset
Ability to operate in a hands-on, client-facing role
