About the Opportunity

My client is building out a Value Creation practice and is seeking a Director to play a key role in delivering and leading operational and financial transformation engagements.

This role offers a clear path to Partner within 3–4 years for the right individual.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead value creation and performance improvement engagements end-to-end
Work closely with clients at the executive level (CEO, CFO, owners)
Identify and execute operational and financial improvement opportunities
Lead financial and operational modeling for strategic initiatives
Oversee and contribute to operational due diligence processes
Drive implementation – not just advisory
Mentor and develop junior team members
Support practice growth and client development

What They’re Looking For

10–15+ years of relevant experience in consulting, private equity, or operational leadership roles
Strong track record in value creation, transformation, or performance improvement
Deep experience in financial and operational modeling
Exposure to M&A environments
Operational due diligence experience is highly valued
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders
