Eagle Rock Nursery, a division of Tolko Industries is recruiting Forest Nursery Workers for the upcoming harvest of tree seedlings. Located mid-way between Vernon and Armstrong BC, Eagle Rock produces forest conifer seedlings as part of their commitment to sustainable reforestation in British Columbia. We are proud to grow and harvest seedlings necessary to sustain a renewable forest resource, maintain healthy ecosystems and provide future generations with the opportunity to enjoy BC’s magnificent forests.

The work is fast paced and physically demanding working along conveyor belts. It may include, but not limited to:
  • Grading, wrapping and packaging tree seedlings
  • Box making
  • Block washing
  • Lift line loading and unloading
  • Transporting stock to and from greenhouses


Wage: $15.96/hour + Production bonus

We are looking to fill positions Monday to Thursday Shift 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Successful applicants can expect approximately 10 weeks of full-time employment commencing October 13th until mid to late December.

Applicants must be prepared to attend their scheduled shift Monday to Friday and are required to provide their own transportation to and from work. Appropriate clothing is required; must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
