My client is looking for a Production & Quality Operations Technician to join their team in a regulated manufacturing setting. This is not just a production role - it’s a position where you will be involved in quality control, operational processes, and cross-functional coordination, with the opportunity to grow your skill set over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring specialized production equipment
- Supporting quality control processes and ensuring compliance with GMP standards
- Preparing materials and maintaining accurate production documentation
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and supporting continuous workflow
- Assisting with inventory tracking, reporting, and operational coordination
- Working closely with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of softgel production experience (required) in a regulated production or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
- Familiarity with GMP standards is highly preferred
- Someone who takes ownership, is reliable, and works well within a team
