Job Overview
We are looking for an Operations Support Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role can be done entirely from home. You will assist the operations team with daily tasks, coordination, and data management to ensure smooth workflows. Full training will be provided — no prior experience is needed.
Primary Duties
- Assist with daily operational tasks and processes
- Support the operations team with documentation and record-keeping
- Organize and maintain digital files
- Help coordinate schedules and internal requests
- Follow company procedures and guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently from home
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn
