Shape the World Around You - As an Intermediate Civil Design Technologist in our Municipal and Infrastructure team in Kelowna, you'll help design and deliver projects that define tomorrow's communities. From municipal roads to stormwater systems, your work will make a tangible difference across British Columbia.
Your Impact
- Design and draft innovative solutions for land development and municipal infrastructure projects that enhance community livability.
- Transform concepts into reality by developing engineering designs, plans, and documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other technical tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders-contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies-to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance.
- Prepare critical project documents, including regulatory approvals, cost estimates, and tender packages, that drive successful outcomes.
- Champion quality and efficiency, coordinating with team members to meet schedules, budgets, and performance standards.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting and Civil 3D design for municipal and land development projects.
- A Civil Engineering Technology diploma from an accredited institution and eligibility for registration with ASTTBC or similar bodies.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, complemented by strong knowledge of local development bylaws and regulations.
- Ability to navigate multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, with precision and adaptability.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $77,400 - $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
