- Provide oversight and mentorship across multidisciplinary teams, fostering technical depth and career growth
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 15+ years of experience in mining, tailings, and geotechnical engineering
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant discipline
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration and recognized industry expertise
- Proven success delivering complex projects at scale
- Strategic mindset with experience in client portfolio development
- Thought leadership in sustainable mining, risk mitigation, or closure design
- Exceptional communication and mentorship capabilities

Compensation:
Salary range (in British Columbia): $179,700 - $247,100
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The salary range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
