Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Helpers to support delivery operations in Victoria, BC. This role involves assisting drivers with loading and unloading building materials and ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers with loading trucks each morning.
- Accompany drivers on delivery routes.
- Unload materials at customer locations.
- Consistently lift and move materials weighing between 50–110 lbs.
- Follow all safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to consistently lift 50–110 lbs.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse, delivery, or construction experience is an asset.
