We are seeking polite, professional individuals to work a casual / part time courier route. The majority of product is mail, and small or light packages. The routes very from 6.5 hrs per day to 8.5 hrs per day Monday to Friday, excluding STATS. It is a relief position for the other part time and full time routes in the Nanaimo region. Previous courier experience is not required. MTS has a very fair fuel compensation package. (our drivers only pay 75 cents per litre for the time they are on the road with us) You must provide your own vehicle. Late model, mid size car, or SUV preferred. A small car, or a large truck is not suitable for this role.
Our drivers are fully trained, insured and bonded. Criminal record checks are mandatory. Hazardous Waste and Dangerous Goods Training are also provided.
MTS Logistics offers industry competitive rates and fuel compensation for Owner Operators.
Base pay for this position starts at $168.58 to $220 per day depending on the route. Please apply with resume.
