Job Description
Express Employment Professionals – Delta is currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and certified Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operator with 2–3 years of warehouse experience (with potential to be the lead) for one of our clients. Our client company is in Annacis Island of Delta, BC. This is an evaluation hire leading into a permanent role - paying $25-28/hour.
Key responsibilities:
-Operate sit-down and reach forklifts safely and efficiently
-Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and inventory handling
-Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
-Use Microsoft Excel and Word for basic data entry and tracking
-Follow all health and safety protocols
-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
-Potential to be a lead.
-2-3 years of warehouse and forklift experience (required)
-Valid or able to get certification for Reach and SDCB.
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP etc.)
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay is $25-28/hr DOE, plus 4% vacation on each pay period. Benefits after being hired by company.
