Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic data entry and update office records
File, scan, and organize documents and digital files
Assist with preparing simple reports and documents
Answer and direct routine emails or internal requests
Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies records
Support the team with general administrative tasks
Help ensure office documents are accurate and up to date
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous office or administrative experience is an asset but not required
