Job Description
We are looking for a focused and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working from home Full training will be provided to help you succeed
Key Responsibilities:

Collect information such as invoices, reports, statements, and basic documents from team members and clients

Review documents to find and record important details

Enter and update information in company databases with accuracy

Create and maintain simple spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel

Check data for errors and make corrections when needed

Keep digital files organized for easy access

Back up data as required
-
Communicate with team members regarding missing or incorrect information

Support the team with basic administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous office or data entry experience is an asset but not required
-
Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Basic typing skills and general computer knowledge
