Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Support Specialist to assist our team with daily office tasks. This entry-level, part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with basic office software. The role focuses on providing administrative support, maintaining records, and helping ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to team members
Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets
Organize and maintain digital and physical records
Assist with preparing basic documents and reports
Respond to routine internal emails and requests
Schedule or coordinate simple office tasks when needed
Support filing, scanning, and document management activities
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous office or administrative experience is an asset but not required
