Job Description
We seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Clerk to support daily receptionist and administrative duties. This entry-level position offers straightforward, structured tasks with full training provided. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and organised environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and provide outstanding customer service

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department

Take messages and respond to general inquiries

Manage emails and forward messages as needed

Receive and distribute mail and packages

Maintain a neat and organised front desk area

Track office supplies and assist with basic record keeping
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills, including MS Office

Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities

Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude

Previous experience is an asset but not required
