- "Swiss Army Knife" Scope: You will work across end-user support, requirements gathering, low-code development, and automation — building things that actually change how people work, not just maintaining the status quo.
- Culture Worth Showing Up For: A globally distributed but tight-knit team with a company-wide philosophy that genuinely values high performance and personal work-life balance.
- Room to Grow with Emerging Tech: This company is intentionally and thoughtfully exploring AI and automation — you will be part of shaping that journey, not inheriting a rigid playbook.

- Excellent communication skills and adaptable with end users, able to work with non-technical stakeholders or users unfamiliar with SOPs.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and independent problem-solving.
- Ability or genuine eagerness to work with low-code platforms (OutSystems) and automation tools (UiPath) — prior experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is weighted heavily
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, process maps, and use cases
- Familiarity with web-based application environments and API concepts is an asset
