Job Description

6-month contract Workday Talent Functional Analyst role with an industry leader located in North Vancouver.

Newly created role to lead strategic planning for P&C
Ability to be fully remote across Canada

What & Why:
Our client is looking to add an experienced Workday Talent Functional Analyst to join a People Systems team supporting Workday Talent capabilities through a high-impact, fast-paced period. This role sits within a major modernization initiative with a strong focus on the talent space, and joins right as design sessions are getting underway which is ideal timing to help shape solutions from the ground up. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Talent solutions that support talent management processes across the organization.

You will be working with an award-winning organization with a very strong brand reputation. They are all extremely passionate about what they do, and this organization has a very strong tie to green initiatives. They are a local Vancouver organization that has expanded globally and is looking to continue their growth. They have an office in North Vancouver, and if located in Vancouver, you’d be able to head into their office once in a while for ad-hoc meetings, however this role would be fully remote for those folks outside of the Vancouver area.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

Deep expertise in Workday Talent and Performance, with proven ability to move from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment
Hands-on systems professional who understands both the technology and business sides of talent processes, and can translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
Config-level expertise (not integration builds) should know how to set up processes, roles, rules, and reports

Compensation:
This role pays between $50-60 per hour.
