Job Description

6-month contract Workday Project Manager role with an industry leader located in North Vancouver.

Ability to be fully remote across Canada

What & Why:
Our client is undertaking a significant digital transformation of its People & Culture systems, built on the Workday platform. The current scope spans Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, and Peakon, with additional modules likely to join the roadmap as the program evolves. This role sits at the center of that effort, translating Workday priorities into structured, well-governed delivery across People Systems, corporate systems, security, and data. It's primarily a techno-functional delivery role, though it also carries business-facing responsibility, particularly around communications and stakeholder alignment. This is a great chance to join a strong, people first organization.

You will be working with an award-winning organization with a very strong brand reputation. They are all extremely passionate about what they do, and this organization has a very strong tie to green initiatives. They are a local Vancouver organization that has expanded globally and is looking to continue their growth. They have an office in North Vancouver, and if located in Vancouver you’d be able to head into their office once in a while for ad-hoc meetings, however this role would be fully remote for those folks outside of the Vancouver area.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

Proven track record leading end-to-end P&C digital transformation initiatives on Workday, from discovery and scope definition through delivery, adoption, and optimization
Strong program management fundamentals, owning project plans, budgets, schedules, RAID logs, resource plans, and success metrics within a structured delivery framework
Demonstrated ability to translate platform roadmap priorities into actionable delivery plans, managing scope, sequencing, resourcing, and business readiness
Experience driving structured governance and leading cross-functional teams through change management, with strong stakeholder communication skills

Compensation:
This role pays between $95-100 per hour.
