This is a 3–4-month contract, with potential for extension should business needs align.
Who- the Company:
Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international Vancouver based apparel company and one of Vancouver’s finest! Our client is a people-centric organization and known for their collaborative team culture.
What- the Role:
- Partner with Talent Managers, Hiring Leaders, and new hires to deliver thoughtful, high-touch support across all stages of executive recruitment, including scheduling, offer creation, and systems integration.
- Complex stakeholder calendar management with executive candidates, internal executive leaders & their teams.
- Own end-to-end operational delivery for assigned executive searches, including timeline creation, interview management, and candidate movement. Includes proactive future planning for each search to enable speed & efficiency within each process, as well as mitigating risks.
- Manage all international and domestic interview logistics, including complex multi-leg travel, onsite coordination, expenses, and in-market immersions or store tours. International markets include directly managing all operations for active executive searches in Shanghai, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle and Vancouver.
- Lead all candidate engagement in person for onsite interviews. Includes arranging an elevated candidate experience, arranging all travel, ensuring day of experience is seamless.
- Generate accurate offer letters and lead the background check process in partnership with Executive Compensation, Legal Mobility, Tax, and People & Culture.
- Oversee new-hire onboarding activities and ensure seamless integration into Workday and related systems.
- Serve as a key resource for process questions and stakeholder inquiries, resolving issues independently and routing requests with sound judgment and discretion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate and leadership information.
- Manage all vendor relationships, including communications, deliverables, materials, and vendor expense/invoicing oversight.
- Manage & execute all active reporting on executive recruiting activity for P&C Senior Leadership.
- Identify, document, and share process improvements and best practices.
- Advanced organizational and project management skills, with the ability to build structured timelines, manage competing deliverables, and follow through independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of scheduling, offers, documentation, reporting, and candidate experience touchpoints.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment and prioritization.
- Elevated level of stakeholder & candidate engagement – ability to create relationships quickly.
- Experience managing vendors and external partners, along with strong budget management capabilities.
How Much:
Hourly rate of $34-35/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.

Vancouver, BC.
