5-month contact Program Manager contract role on a long term, highly transformational program with a global enterprise organization.

Contract Program Manager role.
On site work available in Vancouver, 2-3 days a week in office.

What & Why:
Our client is undergoing a massive transformation in how they deliver product to their customers. They are pushing efforts centered on predictability, visibility, and repeatable process. Your work will be focused on a baseline assessment of the current state, then build the playbooks, trackers, stage gates, and reporting structures needed to take workstreams from discovery through implementation. This is a hybrid role: part program coordinator, managing meeting cadences, planning cycles, and communications, and part strategic executor, building governance models and operating rhythms from the ground up. You won't be setting strategy, but you'll be the one making it executable, with a tangible deliverable being a documented way of working that someone new could pick up immediately. You'll work closely with senior leadership, balancing detailed day-to-day coordination with executive-level visibility and recommendations.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 4 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

5-7 years of program management, strategic operations, or business operations experience, ideally including consulting background with current-state assessment work
Proven experience supporting senior executives and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, with the ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority
Demonstrated experience building governance models, operating rhythms, and planning processes from the ground up, including playbooks, risk trackers, and status reporting frameworks
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to operate comfortably at both the detailed/analyst level and the strategic/VP-SVP recommendation level

Compensation:
This role pays between $55-75 per hour.
