Job Description
6-month contract Azure Infrastructure Engineer role with a global retail client.
As a result of growth in the cybersecurity space, we are looking for an Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our global enterprise client. In this role you’ll own the Azure environment behind their SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. You'll manage VM patching, networking, and infrastructure lifecycle across Dev, QA, Stage, and Production, plus build and maintain the Terraform infrastructure-as-code and disaster recovery capabilities that keep the platform stable and resilient. If you've got 3-5 years of hands-on Terraform experience and are comfortable owning Azure infrastructure end-to-end, this is a strong fit. SailPoint IIQ knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement, so you don't need a pure identity/access background to be a great candidate here.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 4+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience, including implementation, maintenance, and operations of enterprise cloud infrastructure.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Terraform, including infrastructure-as-code definition, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong experience managing Azure Virtual Machines and Azure networking in an enterprise environment.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining disaster recovery infrastructure and processes.
- Familiarity with scripting/automation languages such as PowerShell, Python, or similar.
This role pays between $65-75 per hour.
