Part-Time Evening Crew Member
Starting Wage: $17.85 per hour
Carpenter Enterprises (B.C.) Inc. is an independently owned and operated franchise of McDonald's Restaurants serving communities across Vancouver Island. We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Evening Crew Members to join our team.

What Evening Availability Means
We are primarily seeking candidates who are available to work between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Shift lengths are flexible and typically range from 4 to 7 hours per shift, making this an ideal opportunity for students and individuals seeking part-time employment.
A Day in the Life
As an Evening Crew Member, you'll help serve our guests during the dinner rush and evening hours while supporting the restaurant as it transitions into late-night operations.
Your shift may include:

Serving guests at the front counter, Drive-Thru, dining room, or beverage station
Preparing food and beverages to McDonald's quality standards
Assembling dine-in, take-out, mobile, and delivery orders
Taking guest orders and processing payments accurately
Supporting evening operations by stocking supplies and maintaining restaurant organization
Completing cleaning and sanitization tasks throughout the restaurant
Assisting with pre-close activities to help prepare the restaurant for the overnight team
Working together with your team in a fast-paced environment
Following food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and take initiative
No prior experience required; experience in food service or customer service is an asset

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing and walking
Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
Fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment
