Based in our Vancouver, BC office, you'll work on projects that define tomorrow's buildings and infrastructure.
Your Impact
- Develop and coordinate mechanical and electrical system drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.
- Support design teams in creating HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and power/lighting/communication systems for diverse building projects.
- Maintain and manage BIM models throughout all project phases, ensuring integrity and consistency across disciplines.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other specialists to integrate building systems effectively.
- Participate in model coordination and clash detection reviews to resolve design conflicts.
- Assist with Revit family creation, template development, and standardization to enhance design efficiency.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Systems Design from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical drafting and design for building systems.
- Proficiency in Revit (BIM model setup, family creation, coordination workflows), BIM360/ACC, and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and/or lighting and power distribution layouts.
- Familiarity with BIM execution plans and multidisciplinary model coordination.
- Experience with Navisworks is an asset.

MB & ON: $60,900 - $83,800
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $60,300 - $80,000
