The Lease & Portfolio Specialist supports the Sales Management team by executing lease and finance portfolio retention strategies, customer outreach, and appointment coordination. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned portfolio customers, with the objective of increasing retention, upgrade opportunities, and vehicle replacements.

Working closely with Sales Management and the Sales team, this role ensures consistent follow-up, proper timing of customer engagement, and effective coordination of opportunities generated through portfolio activity and service drive engagement.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
- Proper day-to-day presentation and maintenance of inventory (signage, moving & tracking vehicles within the dealership).
- Supervising and motivating Lot Associates.
- Washing andvacuuming vehicles.
- Organizing the lot and bringing up cars for customers.
- Greeting & interacting with customers with a professional manner when they drop off/pick up their vehicle.
- Moves vehicles on the lot, and delivers them to customers as required.
- Coordinate schedules for Lot Associates and Carwash.
- Directing customers to the right personnel for further assistance.
- Advising Pre-Owned Manager of any noted problems with used vehicles.
- Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Able to working effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Technicians
Possess a valid British Columbia Driver's License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver's abstract (ICBC driver's record) for review.
