Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Litigation Administrator to join a collaborative in-house legal team and gain exposure to a broad range of litigation matters in a dynamic corporate environment. The role offers strong variety, hands-on involvement in litigation support and eDiscovery processes, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals.
This is a 4-month contract with a start date of June 15, 2026.

Our client, one of Vancouver’s most sought-after companies to work for, with global operations and an impeccable reputation, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented in-house Litigation Administrator.  

What- The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative in-house Litigation Administrator to join our client’s Legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a litigation legal administrative assistant, in legal administration and in litigation support (eDiscovery processes and tools). The candidate should also have strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Support in the administrative organization of the Legal Team’s litigation function and other functions as requested.
  • Provide litigation support and partner with litigation paralegal to send out legal holds.
  • Receive, review, and act on litigation correspondence and documents including, but not limited to subpoenas and garnishing orders from various sources (Service of Process system, regular mail and Service Now), for all areas of litigation.
  • Provide administrative support with pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
  • Organize database of litigation documents and pleadings.
  • Assistance with litigation filing system and litigation calendar system.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Who- the Candidate: 
  • 1+ years of experience in legal administration, litigation support or as a litigation legal administrative assistant Litigation Administrative Assistant Certificate or Diploma is an asset
  • A Bachelor's degree is an asset
  • Knowledge of litigation procedures and terminology
  • Experience in eDiscovery and use of eDiscovery systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational skills involving multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How much:
$31-33.40/hr + 4% vacation pay.

Where:

Vancouver, hybrid working model of 1-2 days onsite
